**Purpose & Scope**

You will create sustainable value for CCEP & our customers by defining the **environments strategy** (where, what, how to grow,) for COSTA as well as **portfolio & brands priorities** (big bets) for hot beverages together with COSTA and CCEP commercial teams.

Your will create value by **collaborating closely with COSTA** brand teams to optimise and implement **ABP brand big bets **and **accelerations plans; **co-define the **innovation pipeline **and design the** shopper/consumer plans.**

**Main responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Be the SPOC for the brand owner as well as for internal stakeholders regarding all environment, category, brand & shopper related topics
- Build environment growth strategy based on consumer needs & category insights ; act as ABP/LRP lead from a platform & environment point of view
- Platform & portfolio management in terms of commercial innovation & acceleration
- _ ABP/LRP CCEP lead on brand big bets & NI_
- _ Translate brand big bets into impactful outlet/shopper activations_
- _ Turn insights into action, with a hunting & “can do” attitude : initiate business acceleration brand initiatives _
- _Identify gaps and opportunities on the ABP brand big bets plans and “course correct” by setting-up acceleration plans where needed or stop brand initiatives/projects if SOP is not relevant_
- _ Co-lead business innovations & translate in tangible environment plans_
- _ CCEP gatekeeper & gate owner for innovations: business case co-lead and define risks, resources _
- Environment Marketing management
- _ Build a compelling trade marketing plan & co-create brand plan with COSTA_
- _ Support frontline teams with strong stories to trade_
- _ Ensure timely and environment/customer proof delivery of brand thematics, toolkits, brand assets_
- Liaise with supporting departments to ensure coffee growth strategy is embedded in wider Belux plans
- Lead the hot beverages commercial development team

**Requirements**:

- Strategic (helicopter view, stakeholder mapping,) and creative thinking
- Result driven and hands on - make it happen attitude
- E2E team player
- Drive for innovation & change. Always seek to optimize the way of working with other departments.
- Flexibility, Speed & Agility : able to work on multiple projects and to adjust way of working in function of a changing environment - take up cross team projects in function of the needs
- Leadership : Strong Influencing skills (cross functional and cross level) and comfortable with managing ambiguity
- Strong analytical skills
- Communicating and presenting impactfully
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years relevant experience in Business Development/ insights/ shopper marketing/account managementis a plus
- Fluent in English is a must, good knowledge of French and Dutch
