Freelance Leerconsulent BE (Acco Learn for Business)
We zoeken een enthousiaste leerconsulent die samen met onze klanten bouwt aan de leeroplossingen van morgen. Samen met het Acco Learn for Business team ben je een bron van inspiratie voor onze klanten, dankzij je didactische expertise en creatieve blik kan je op elke leervraag een gepast antwoord formuleren.
Als freelancer kom je terecht in een hecht team waar leren centraal staat. We inspireren en leren elke dag van elkaar en zoeken samen naar de beste oplossingen voor onze klanten. Je kan als freelancer rekenen op een open en transparante houding in functie van beschikbare projecten en je bent, samen met de andere leden van het team, een sleutelfiguur in de verdere uitbouw van onze business.

- Je hebt interessante en vernieuwende - didactische - inzichten en ideeën en kan zo bedrijven en organisaties inspireren op weg naar succesvolle leerervaringen
- Je krijgt energie van het ontwerpen, organiseren en begeleiden van workshops met klanten.
- Je ontwikkelt samen met klanten, collega’s en partners interessante didactische concepten en bedenkt motiverende werkvormen en multimediale content, telkens op maat van de klant.

- Je bent van nature nieuwsgierig en vertoeft graag op het web, op infomomenten of social media, op zoek naar nieuwtjes of onderzoek over didactiek en leren. Die kennis delen maakt je dolgelukkig.
- Leertrajecten optimaliseren en materialen ontwikkelen doe je in team. Je bent een inspiratiebron voor je Acco-collega’s.

- Je hebt een sterke interesse in alles wat met levenslang leren te maken heeft en je bent altijd up to date met nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen de wereld van didactiek, blended leren en educatieve technologie.
- Je bent een geboren adviseur. beslissingnemers, trainers en collega’s luisteren graag naar jou.
- Een goede kennis van het Frans is een meerwaarde.
