We are looking for an
**Account Manager Food Ingredients** (M/F/d)

To support our team from Home Office based in Germany, Italy, Netherlands or Belgium

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage regional direct accounts and distributors in EMEA
- Develop sales in Europe with focus on EMEA
- Business development for preservatives and sweeteners in food and non-food categories, incl. Pharma, home care, cosmetic and personal care
- Partners with Marketing and R&D team in account planning, relationship development and general account maintenance
- Create and manage a strong pipeline
- Continually assess market and competitive situation in the assigned areas of responsibility
- Conducts general account activities such as customer visits, accurate forecasting, call reports, sampling and activation of supportive functions within Celanese

Qualifications:

- 4-5 years of commercial experience in Sales of Ingredients for Home Care, Food, Pharma, Cosmetics or Personal Care Industry
- Strong negotiation skills, can show ability to forge effective working relationships at all levels internally and externally
- Good business acumen
- Having strong result orientation and systematic approach to account management
- Strong communication skills: written and verbal in English + other European language (knowledge of other languages a plus)
- Stress resistant and result oriented proactive solution provider
- Bachelor‘s degree in business, marketing, food technology or chemistry
