We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to grow our revenue with customers and be responsible for strengthening Sensient Sweet & Beverage Flavors image with existing and new customers. You will be in charge of Flavors & Extracts for the Benelux region and be home based either in Holland or Belgium.

We offer you a comprehensive eight weeks on-boarding training. This secures a solid foundation to understand the organization and its products, technologies, systems, supporting functions and culture, which enhances your ability to quickly become productive and integrated into the Sensient organization

After that, you will focus on delivering new sales opportunities with existing accounts, as well as developing new customers for our Flavors business. To continuously help you to be successful in this position; we support you in working cross-functionally with our R&D, Commercial, Operational and Service teams

With your excellent customer service orientation, communication and negotiation skills, you are able to grow our sales revenue and build successful, long-term client relationships

What do you need to bring with you?

Ideally, you have a background in food science or related discipline, or your strong technical sales experience will be critical to engage into technical conversations both internally and with customers

Your sales experience in a B2B sales environment, preferably within food flavors, specialty chemicals, or other value-added ingredients, is essential to have an impact on the market

The ability, and willingness to travel actively across the region for customer visits
