**Technical Account Manager pour le Benelux****

**Description de l'emploi**:
En tant que** responsable de comptes techniques B2B en produits alimentaires (h/f/x),**

vous êtes chargé de conseiller et d'assister les clients sur les questions techniques dans le but d'optimiser leurs processus de production.

Vous êtes également responsable de la vente et de la gestion d'un portefeuille de clients sur le Benelux

**Votre fonction s'articule autour de 3 axes principaux:
Support Technique:

- Conseiller les clients du Benelux sur l'utilisation des produits de la marque.
- Organiser des séminaires pour les clients.
- Développer des formules, des recettes et des promotions.
- Apporter des idées innovantes dans un but de développement continu.

Vente et gestion de comptes:

- Entretenir et développer le portefeuille de clients existant
- Prospecter et créer des opportunités
- Élaborer des plans d'action afin de soutenir la stratégie de développement et de croissance de l'entreprise

Sales support et respect des normes alimentaires:

- Réceptionner les demandes quant aux questions techniques relatives aux normes alimentaires
- Conseiller les clients sur l'utilisation de nos produits conformément à la législation en vigueur
- Collaborer avec des collègues d'Allemagne et de France, en particulier avec les départements de gestion de produits, de marketing, de développement de produits, de service technologique et de législation alimentaire

**Profil**:
**Ce que nous recherchons:
- Bachelier (ou HBO) dans un domaine technique
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie alimentaire//agro-alimentaire
- Outre l'expérience, fortes affinités avec l'industrie alimentaire, la vente au détail (viande, épices, aromates...)
- De fortes compétences en communication avec une orientation client.
- La maitrise du Néerlandais est indispensable, en combinaison avec l'allemand ou l'anglais.
- Autonomie, proactivité et compétences analytiques
