Hoe maak jij mee het verschil?- Wij zijn op zoek naar een Marketing Automation Expert die mee de roadmap bepaalt op het vlak van Marketing Automation. Zo help je mee om NMBS te laten evolueren naar een bedrijf met een state-of-the-art marketing automation approach waarbij data & insights centraal staan.- Klaar om deze uitdaging aan te gaan en actief deel te nemen aan de vernieuwing van NMBS, solliciteer dan op deze vacature en doe mee- Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?- Als Marketing Automation Expert ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren, ontwikkelen en opzetten van Marketing Automation campagnes binnen het Digital Marketing & Sales-team. Je vertaalt de strategische objectieven van de interne stakeholders naar concrete acties en campagnes én implementeert die samen met het operationele team.- Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je tekent mee de globale marketing automation-strategie uit, zodat de communicatie naar de klant een samenhangend geheel vormt.
- Je volgt lopende campagnes op en geeft advies aan de interne klant om de campagnes aan te passen of bij te sturen.
- Je helpt mee (op basis van insights uit de data) de juiste aanpak te bepalen om campagne
- en conversieresultaten te communiceren doorheen de hele customer journey.
- Je kan uit beschikbare data de juiste informatie en input halen om bijvoorbeeld de online ticketverkoop te stimuleren en de customer journey te verbeteren.
- Je volgt digitale marketingtrends op de voet, vooral op het gebied van automation en customer data.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Digital Data & Technology Expert.- Waarom is deze job iets voor jou ?- Om deel te nemen aan deze selectie heb je minstens een master (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) en heb je meer dan 4 jaar doorgedreven ervaring met de Adobe Experience Cloud tools (Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager en Adobe Target).- Indien je jouw diploma in het buitenland hebt behaald, dien je in het bezit te zijn van een gelijkwaardigheidsattest afgeleverd door de Vlaamse Overheid (NARIC-Vlaanderen) om deel te kunnen nemen aan de selectie.Technische competenties- Je hebt meer dan 4 jaar doorgedreven ervaring met de Adobe Experience Cloud tools (Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager en Adobe Target)
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het bepalen en implementeren van een marketing automation-strategie.
- Data analyseren is jouw ding. Op basis van deze insights kun je opportuniteiten vinden en de impact van campagnes evalueren. Een basiskennis programmeren in SQL en/of Python is een pluspunt.
- Je beheerst perfect het Nederlands, hebt een goede kennis van het Frans en het Engels.
- Ervaring met Adobe Journey Optimizer is een pluspunt.
