**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage data within marketing automation platforms, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across systems
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and use insights to improve future campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure alignment of marketing automation initiatives with broader business objectives
- Monitor and maintain marketing automation platform functionality, including system upgrades, troubleshooting, and user support
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in marketing automation, data management, and analytic
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing automation, data management, or a related field
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Hubspot, Salesforce marketing cloud, or Adobe campaign manager.
- Great coding skills with HTML, CSS,...
- Strong analytically and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders
