**As a Training Coordinator, you will**:
Assist in setting up a group-wide academy
Manage our existing training offering (planning, communication and budget control)
Have a key user role in the upkeep of our learning management platform
Identify L&D needs and opportunities, supporting L&D projects and draft training tracks based on our key principles.

You have enjoyed higher education and can show experience in efficient organization
You've got excellent communicative skills in Dutch, English and French
You're familiar with the MS Office stack and can acquaint yourself quickly with new software
You're detail-oriented and work accurately and efficiently in a structured manner
You have an analytical mindset and strong administrative skills
You have an affinity with tech (or you are eager to lean) so you can suggest relevant training and certification to our consultants
You are resilient in dealing with a demanding workload and uncertainty in a fast-changing business
You are interested in the sector and keep up to date with developments in the L&D landscape
You are a team player but can work independently as well
