Als Secondary Systems Asset Manager ontwikkel je expertise in de processen en het beheer van nieuwe en bestaande assets.
De functie van Asset Manager omvat voornamelijk de volgende taken:
Je beheert onze assetvloot gedurende de hele levenscyclus en verzamelt essentiële informatie over uitrustingen en systemen, technische fenomenen, aspecten van of mogelijke anomalieën in secundaire systemen. Je doet dit door zowel feedback te analyseren als samen te werken met externe contacten om de nodige expertise te verwerven en te behouden. Daarnaast leg je een langetermijnvisie vast voor de evolutie en ontwikkeling van vloten en de daaruit voortvloeiende implicaties.
Je stelt het onderhouds
- en vervangingsbeleid op en analyseert de feedback om het beleid te verbeteren.
Je beheert de budgetten en middelen toegewezen aan de vloten, zowel op het vlak van prognoses als monitoring, over verschillende tijdshorizonten.
Je stelt risicoreductieplannen en het beleid voor reserveonderdelen op om de risico’s op verouderde uitrusting op te volgen.
Je definieert en implementeert het gebruik van gezondheidsindicatoren voor assets om de individuele toestand van een assetvloot vast te stellen.
Je definieert concepten en vertaalt deze vervolgens naar technische vereisten voor specificaties als onderdeel van jouw betrokkenheid in multidisciplinaire teams bij aankoopprocedures voor de raamovereenkomsten.
Je helpt infrastructuurprojecten te definiëren door de behoefte aan secundaire systemen te communiceren en in samenwerking met andere technische departementen optimale technische en economische prestaties te zoeken.
Je gaat ter plaatse om te beoordelen hoe technische concepten en beleidslijnen worden toegepast. Je rapporteert de conclusies en stelt een actieplan voor.
Als technisch expert neem je deel aan interne, nationale en internationale werkgroepen.
Je stelt het jaarlijks onderhoudsplan op voor de onderhoudsgebieden en arbitrage. Indien nodig integreer je de risico’s en resources.
Je ontwikkelt en geeft technische opleidingen voor operationele entiteiten.
Je verwerft technische expertise op dit gebied om de bovenstaande taken te kunnen uitvoeren.
Je rol zal voornamelijk gericht zijn op het beheer van de controle
- en monitoringsystemen die in de hoogspanningsstations van Elia geïnstalleerd zijn, in nauwe samenwerking met de betrokken departementen. Meer bepaald gaat het om de Remote Terminal Units (RTU) en Digital Control Systems (DCS), de spanningsregelaars voor transformatoren en de apparatuur die gebruikt wordt om controle
- en alarmfuncties uit te wisselen met externe partijen. De komst van nieuwe technologieën, zoals digitale hoogspanningsstations, zal ook een belangrijk element zijn om te integreren in de toekomstvisie voor de vloot. Bovendien coördineer je de activiteiten van Elia in externe technische comités om de technische oplossingen die worden toegepast in gecombineerde TNB-DSB-hoogspanningsstations te bespreken en te definiëren.
Jouw profiel
Je hebt een diploma burgerlijk of industrieel ingenieur elektriciteit, elektronica of elektromechanica.
Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Frans of Nederlands en Engels.
Je hebt een basiskennis van controle
- en monitoringsystemen of bent bereid deze te verwerven.
Je hebt een grote belangstelling voor technische en economische onderwerpen en bent bereid jouw kennis op technisch en financieel vlak inzake risicobeheer uit te breiden.
Je wil graag inzicht krijgen in andere expertisedomeinen door een perspectief op systeemniveau te ontwikkelen.
Waar nodig kan je diepgaande details geven, maar je kan ook het grote plaatje zien en dergelijke details in een veel bredere context plaatsen met betrekking tot de technische en financiële aspecten van assetbeheer.
Je bent pragmatisch en resultaatgericht, maar je kan ook meer conceptuele ideeën en langetermijnvisies ontwikkelen.
Je schrikt er niet voor terug om ter plaatse te gaan en je taken in samenwerking met de operationele entiteiten uit te voeren.
Je werkt goed in een team en beschikt over goede communicatie
- en overtuigingsvaardigheden.
Je hebt uitstekende analytische vaardigheden gecombineerd met het vermogen om het grote geheel te zien, waardoor je je duidelijk kan uitdrukken over complexe kwesties (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk).
Je beheert zelfstandig en proactief vooropgestelde taken.
Je kunt duidelijke en gestructureerde rapporten of presentaties maken over je activiteiten.
Grondige kennis van MS Office is een pluspunt.
