**Scope of the function**:
Leads the Demand Planning for EMEA for the 3 technologies on a rolling 24 months. Leads what-if scenarios by engaging diverse set of business planning participants. Being the integration point between Regions and Central organization. Responsible to secure Group Strategic targets are considered in the Demand Planning. Assesses the business impact, risks and opportunities associated with the prioritized scenarios.
**Missions and responsibilities**
Reporting hierarchically to the Supply Chain Director EMEA, the Demand Planning Manager has among its tasks:
Support our 5 years Strategic Plan build-up and review in close collaboration with Business Analyst, Central Marketing & Master Planner
- Define the optimum Production and Distribution footprint based on long term Business Plan
- Support ROI calculation on Large Expansion Projects
Lead the Demand side of our S&OP process
- Supervise and coordinates the Regional Demand Planners through our business planning tool (Blue Yonder)
- Drive decision making process where Board decision/validation is required (constrained/Consensus forecast)
- Secure process clarity and visibility for decision making and maintains reports pertaining to demand planning process
- Active part of Month Arbitration & Consensus with ExCo & Board defining the constrained forecast and responsible to implement the decisions in the regions.
Continuous Improvement
- Lead and support initiatives to optimize Demand Planning process and improve forecast accuracy
Secure short-term planning alignment with mid & long-term business plan
- Make sure Group Strategic targets are considered in our Demand Planning
- Develop scenarios for S&OP based on the key driving factors
- Assess the business impact, risks and opportunities associated with the prioritized scenarios
- Define indicators to monitor changes in scenarios to inform S&OP decisions.
Product Development: active member of NPI/EOL process and perform follow up activities in BY demand
**Your profile**
**Experience required**:
- Master in economics, finance or supply chain
- More than 5 years of experience in Business Planning
- Experience in Sales and marketing collaboration is a must
- Fluent in French, English and Dutch. German is an asset
- APICS level 2
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office 365 required) with strong Excel skills
- Ability to use Power BI, a knowledge of Blue Yonder is an asset
- Internationally mobile: 20 to 30%
