Coordonner les besoins de tout le matériel HFC nécessaire au projet GIGA. Participe à la consolidation de besoins des différents départements concernés chez Access Network et les traduire en forecasts. Il en assure la cohérence et pilote le suivi en cas de déviation significative.

- A la demande du Manager Opérationnel Supply Chain & du responsable GIGA contacter nos multiples fournisseurs et construire une relation régulière et long terme avec eux en échangeant les informations sur nos besoins dans un contexte économique complexe (relation internationales influençant le sourcing, termes des contrats différents, révisions régulières des budgets et chantiers Access Network et GIGA en fonction de la stratégie de VOO, pénurie mondiale de composants, délais de livraison rallongés, prix des transports en forte hausse etc...)
- Assurer la coordination d'un Demand planning « on time » des multiples références matériels du projet GIGA qu'ils s'agisse du matériel en utilisation courante, obsolète à remplacer, ou nouveau matériel. Le rôle du Supply & Demand Planner est essentiel au business continuity du projet GIGA. Un manque de rigueur, de planification et de coordination pourrait signifier un retard ou arrêt des activités (et de service aux clients) ou générer des overstocks et donc des dépassements budgétaires considérables.
- Outre le Supply Planning (= sourcing), le Supply & Demand Planner doit donc également assurer la bonne distribution et une gestion des stocks efficace de tout le matériel HFC destiné au projet GIGA afin d'en garantir la disponibilité. Il est le point de contact privilégié pour tous les sous-traitants actifs sur le projet GIGA. Il gère les activités Supply Chain orientées GIGA en totale collaboration avec le Manager Opérationnel Supply Chain quant-à la mise à disposition et le contrôle des stocks du matériel réseau mis à disposition des sous-traitants.
- Assurer le bon déroulement des activités logistiques HFC/GIGA via des process et tâches (qu'il définit et met en oeuvre en collaboration avec le Manager Opérationnel Supply Chain) mais il doit également réagir de manière autonome et rapide et prendre des décisions entrepreneuriales dans une organisation multi-sites, comportant des clients internes et externes, des fournisseurs multiples, différents warehouses et des équipes de magasiniers et d'intérimaires
- Son expertise permet au management GIGA, IN, IHSD & Supply Chain de se reposer sur son jugement quant à l'optimisation des flux et volumes.
- Peut être back-up de son manager en cas d'absence
**Profil****:
- Master en Supply Chain ou économie ou expérience équivalente (5 à 10 ans dans la Supply Chain)
- Connaissance et pratique d'utilisation d'outils informatiques ERP (SAP, ODOO, Microsoft Dynamics
- 5-10 ans d'expériences dans différents processus et flux Supply Chain ou en management du changement organisationnel
- Expérience dans le secteur Telecom - et plus spécifiquement de la complexité d'un réseau HFC est un atout
- Expérience en gestion d'équipe, formation et en people management est un atout
- Expérience de gestion d'un ou plusieurs partenaires logistiques,
- Expérience d'utilisation de système ERP
- Expérience en gestion de clients
- Expérience en sourcing et négociations avec fournisseurs
- Aptitude à gérer avec le bon niveau d'urgence et de priorité les problèmes opérationnels ‘terrain' (problèmes de livraison, d'approvisionnement ou de rupture de stock )
- Français et anglais indispensables (oral et écrit)
