Functieomschrijving
- Installation, commissioning and starting-up of “light” conveyor lubrication and/or cleaning systems
- Training of customer on the working principles and on inspections
- Daily reporting to the CHP project team
- Participate at CHP briefing
- and debriefing sessions and at customer coordination meetings
- Ad-hoc communication with the project engineers
Profiel
- Electromechanical and practical education or equivalent experience
- Flexibility and integrity are also key selection criteria
- Practical spoken and written knowledge of the English language is a must
- Other languages are favourable
- Disciplined and accurate working attitude
- International working environment with a considerable part of traveling

- Creative mind to find solutions for deviating technical situations

- Having a commercial attitude to detect other sales opportunities at the customer
Jobgerelateerde competenties
- Preventieve of correctieve onderhoudswerken organiseren, plannen en opvolgen
- De uitrusting wijzigen of aanpassen volgens de wettelijke of productievereisten (productiesnelheid, nieuwe producten,...)
- De technische werking uitleggen aan klanten of gebruikers en hen begeleiden bij het in gebruik nemen van de installatie
- De technische documentatie van machines of installaties actualiseren (constructeursrichtlijnen, historiek van defecten, wetgeving,...)
- Een computer aansluiten op de uitrusting en storingen opsporen met behulp van geregistreerde programma's
- De opvolggegevens van interventies registreren en de informatie doorgeven aan de betrokken dienst
- Een storing in de installatie lokaliseren en technische oplossingen en herstellingsvoorwaarden bepalen
- De onderhoudsgegevens van een werkplaats of een dienst opvolgen, analyseren en afwijkingen vaststellen (kosten, onverwachte uitgaven, inventaris van losse stukken,...)
- De componenten van defecte systemen identificeren, herstellen of vervangen (tandwielstellen, kogellagers, hydraulische verdelers, onderdelen van gestuurde processen,...)
- Kosten en herstellingstermijnen inschatten en een kostenraming voor de interventie opmaken
