Als **Supply Chain Health & Safety Advisor** speel je een belangrijke rol in de validatie en evaluatie van de leveranciers, ben je regelmatig in contact met de verschillende dimensie van zowel Food Services als Facilities Services.
Never a dull moment, want wij leveren elke dag duizenden kleine en grote diensten en producten. Afwisseling troef, dus.
**Wat doe je als Supply Chain Health & Safety Advisor**:
- Je ontwikkelt en houdt de processen up-to date op het niveau van voedselveiligheid en H&S op leveranciersniveau
- Je werkt nauw samen met de aankopers voor de validatie en evaluatie van de leveranciers en/of onderaannemers op het vlak van Food Safety en H&S
- Je ondersteunt de aankopers bij het opstellen van de lastenboeken (werken met derden, voedselveiligheidsvereisten)
- Je stelt het audit
- en controleprogramma op voor leveranciers en onderaannemers en verzekert dat de nodige acties genomen geweest zijn door de leveranciers / onderaannemers
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt in het kader van ons audit
- en controleprogramma
- Je voert zelf audits uit bij de leveranciers en/of onderaannemers
- Je volgt de wettelijke en wetenschappelijke vereisten op
- Je beheert voedselincidenten op het bord van consument, je beheert de recalls en bent de contactpersoon in het kader van traceerbaarheidsoefeningen bij klanten
- Je levert expertise aan de interne stakeholders (food safety team, aankoopdienst, food en FM platform)
- Je volgt de verschillende resultaten op en draagt bij tot de rapportering
**Profiel**:
- Je behaalde minimum een Bachelor diploma in een relevant studiedomein (chemie, biowetenschappen, voedingstechnologie, etc.)
- Je hebt een eerste ervaring met betrekking tot leveranciersprocessen
- Je hebt een eerste ervaring met veiligheid (niveau 3 of bereid deze te volgen)
- Je bent reeds vertrouwd met kwaliteitsnormen (ISO, BRC, IFS,) en/of veiligheidsnormen
- Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en Frans, Engels is een pluspunt
- Je kunt de gepaste beslissingen nemen in stresssituaties
- Je hebt sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
