Bringme is een snelgroeiende hoogtechnologische scale-up. In Europa transformeren we vastgoedprojecten met onze innovatieve digitale conciërge. Voor bedrijven hebben we een virtuele receptionist. Zowel vastgoedontwikkelaars als bedrijven schakelen massaal over op onze manier van werken._

Om onze groei te ondersteunen, zoeken we een Project Manager Aftersales om de installaties van onze oplossingen en producten te coördineren. Iemand die er plezier in heeft wanneer alles tot in de puntjes is voorbereid en die graag samenwerkt met interne en externe partners. Een heel diverse job dus

**Wat je job inhoudt**:

- Het overlopen van een checklist van alle vereisten waaraan een klant moet voldoen voorafgaand aan de installatie.
- Het controleren of klanten technisch klaar zijn voor installatie.
- Het voorbereiden en configureren van installaties in onze interne software systemen.
- Het opstellen, finetunen en bijhouden van een checklist met alle interne vereisten voor installaties of interventies.
- Het verstrekken van alle benodigde informatie aan partners voor een vlotte uitvoering van installaties.
- Het aansturen van partners voor een vlotte uitvoering van installaties.
- Het bewaken van het totaaloverzicht tussen de voorbereidingen van Bringme, alsook de klant, het opstellen van planningen, het naleven van contractuele afspraken en het verstrekken van tijdige feedback aan de productieafdeling om de tijdige levering van producten te garanderen.
- Het analyseren en goedkeuren van facturen in overeenstemming met de interne procedures.

**Must-haves**
- Minimaal een bachelor-diploma in een relevant vakgebied.
- Bewezen ervaring in administratief projectmanagement.
- Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en aandacht voor detail.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief te werken met verschillende belanghebbenden.
- Kennis van interne software systemen en software voor projectbeheer is een pluspunt.
- Stressbestendigheid.
