Introductie
IT-Planet is een gespecialiseerd informatica projectsourcing bedrijf, gelegen te Gent. We zijn actief bij diverse grote klanten over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel in volgende ICT-domeinen: Application Development, Infrastructure Services & Software Testing. Om ons team van 180 medewerkers te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Project Manager** om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in **Brussel**.

Functie
- U identificeert alle belanghebbenden bij het project en verkrijgt hun akkoord over hun bijdrage (rol en verantwoordelijkheden) aan het project;
- U verduidelijkt de omvang, aanpak, tijdlijnen, kosten en baten van het project door een gedetailleerd projectplan en business case op te stellen, met inachtneming van de toepasselijke governance;
- U bepaalt de personele en technische middelen die nodig zijn om alle projectresultaten te leveren en verzekert hun beschikbaarheid via interne boekingsprocessen;
- Je coördineert de oplevering van alle deliverables in overeenstemming met het projectplan en in het bijzonder de planning, het budget en de verstrekte middelen;
- Je beheert proactief de interacties en afhankelijkheden
- U bent verantwoordelijk voor de toewijzing van activiteiten aan de leden van het projectteam en voor het toezicht daarop;
- U bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de interacties en afhankelijkheden met andere Sibelga-projecten; U wijst activiteiten toe aan de projectteamleden en volgt ze op; U zet een projectorganisatie van het Agile-type op om een dynamisch opleverings
- en validatieproces te implementeren. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse opvolging van het project in deze Agile modus. Deze Agile cultuur geef je door aan de teamleden, zodat zij hun manier van werken daarop aanpassen;
- Je bewaakt de voortgang van de activiteiten van de teamleden, begeleidt en controleert de voortgang en uitvoering van deze activiteiten;
- U beheert de risico’s en problemen in verband met het project door corrigerende maatregelen vast te stellen om de gevolgen ervan te beperken;
- U beheert wijzigingen in de loop van het project;
- Je communiceert regelmatig met de verschillende projectstakeholders volgens het in het projectplan gedefinieerde communicatieplan en de processen voor projectportfoliobeheer;
- Je zorgt voor een correcte en gecontroleerde implementatie van de nieuwe functionaliteiten door de beschikbaarheid van de bestaande diensten en de samenhang met de nieuwe diensten te garanderen;
- Je zorgt voor de overdracht van projectkennis om “business as usual” continuïteit voor alle bij het project betrokken partijen te waarborgen;
- U coacht het personeel dat aan het project is toegewezen om te zorgen voor een optimale samenwerking en een aangename werksfeer;
- Je draagt bij aan de voortdurende verbetering van methoden, processen en tools met betrekking tot projectmanagement door initiatieven op dit gebied te leiden.
Functie-eisen
- Je hebt mínimaal 6 jaar ervaring in het managen van complexe projecten;
- Je hebt mínimaal 2 jaar ervaring met Agile projectmanagement;
- Je hebt ervaring met het opstellen van business cases;
