As a Service Account Manager, you are the point of contact for our service customers. You will be involved in setting up and realising maintenance contracts as well as the sale of additional maintenance services. You can think of extensions or modifications to existing cooling systems or Heat pumps, compressor overhauls, repairs or inspections. You will work closely with an experienced team of colleagues within the Service department.
In this dynamic role, you will mainly focus on industrial end-users within the industry. Together with the team, you will work together with the service manager, the service coordinators, work planners, project managers and the experienced service technicians in the field.
You will also be responsible for maintaining and expanding long-term customer relationships and promoting customer satisfaction. You focus on quality of service and the further development of this. In addition, you provide analyses and reports and implement improvement proposals. To increase visibility and support among customers, you build an extensive network in a creative way.
**We are looking for someone with**:
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a sales or account management position (preferably in a service organization).
- A Bachelor in engineering, such as Mechanical engineering, Power engineering, Electrical engineering, or a similar level through experience in a similar industry.
- Relevant product and material knowledge, experience in Refrigeration technology is an advantage.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Pro-active
- Good command of the Dutch, English and French language.
- Ability to adopt a variety of communication styles and convey a persuasive message to both technical and non-technical individuals.
- Driving licence.
