**About our role**:
Our client, one of the biggest retailers in Belgium, is looking for a talented and passionate individual to join their team as an Paid Media specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing online conversions and Ecommerce revenue.
**What you will be doing**:
Your main responsibility will be manage the Google Ads account, including linked accounts, and the associated budgets.
You will develop, operationalize and optimize the Paid Search strategy in a full funnel approach, with the goal of optimally positioning our client’s brand to acquire new customers and activate existing customers.
Maximize the ROI of different accounts and campaigns.
Monitor and decide on the SEA budgets allocated to the different accounts and campaigns, determine the best approach for Paid Search and bidding strategies, advise the Head of Media on investment opportunities for Paid Media - taking into account the context, market, consumer behavior and competition.
Translating the overall business plan into an executable Paid Search plan. Set targets for Search with the Head of Media and stakeholders. Execute and optimize campaigns, report on KPIs.
Based on Search insights, challenge the Ecommerce and Marketing teams on landing page content and upstream strategies, in order to best respond to consumer search queries to optimize return on investment of digital channels.
Oversee the performance of SEA campaigns. Analyze the data and prepare clear, relevant and detailed reports. Provide management and stakeholders with insights on results, share recommendations and enable continuous improvement and drive omnichannel thinking.
**What you bring**:
Ambition to further develop your career in Paid Search.
2 years of solid experience in a similar role.
Past experience at a media agency with expertise in media buying is a big plus.
You’re at your best when you’re in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Working experience with tools such as Google Ads and Google Analytics is key.
Strong communication skills (written and oral) in Dutch, French and English.
