**Spécialiste en marketing digital**.***
**TA MISSION**
interne et externe Nous recherchons un-e spécialiste en marketing digital expérimenté-e avec un esprit
créatif et d’analyse pour optimaliser nos canaux digitaux en vue de maximiser notre visibilité et d’augmenter
nos taux de conversion.
**TES PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES**
- Développer, implémenter et optimiser le Search Engine Marketing (SEO, SEA et SMO) ;
- Développer, implémenter et optimiser des processus de marketing automatisés afin d’augmenter nos
taux de conversion ;
- Contrôler les indicateurs de performance digitaux, analyser les données, produire des rapports
d’évaluation et formuler des recommandations d'amélioration en matière de contenu, de conception
et de publicité ;
- Effectuer des A/B tests sur diverses campagnes digitales et sur notre site web pour optimiser les
performances, notamment en ce qui concerne la récolte de fonds ;
- Gérer et surveiller les comptes de médias sociaux, répondre aux demandes de renseignements,
développer les différentes communautés et augmenter l’engagement avec nos audiences ;
- Convaincre et motiver différentes équipes dans le développement et l’implémentation d’une stratégie de
marketing digital.
**TON PROFIL**
- Diplôme Bachelier ou Master en marketing, communication ou expérience équivalente ;
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience pratique en marketing digital ;
- Connaissances approfondies des stratégies de référencement, des médias sociaux et du marketing
de contenu ;
- Maîtrise de l'utilisation de plateformes d'analyse (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta) ;
- Maitrise des outils audiovisuels de la suite Adobe Creative (Premiere Pro, Photoshop) et expérience
en montage constituent un sérieux atout ;
- Solides compétences analytiques et d’influence ;
- Suivi proactif des tendances du secteur, des technologies émergentes et des meilleures pratiques en
matière de marketing digital ;
- Excellente maitrise du français, bonne connaissance du néerlandais et de l’anglais ;
- Gestion efficace du stress, capable de travailler dans un contexte d’urgence.
