The Digital Marketing Specialist at Emeria Benelux will play a key role in developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support lead generation efforts across the Benelux region. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creatively skilled, and adept at using digital marketing tools and platforms to deliver impactful campaigns.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies

    • Create and implement digital marketing strategies that align with Emeria Benelux's goals for brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
    • Collaborate with regional teams to tailor campaigns to the specific needs and cultural nuances of Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
  • Content Creation and Management

    • Develop high-quality, engaging content for social media, email marketing, and digital advertising channels.
    • Manage and update the company website, ensuring content is fresh, SEO-optimized, and aligned with business goals.
    • Coordinate with internal teams or external agencies to produce multimedia content (graphics, videos, blogs) that enhances the brand image.
  • Social Media Management

    • Oversee social media accounts for the Benelux region, creating a strategic content calendar and engaging with followers.
    • Identify opportunities for community building and growth across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
    • Track, measure, and report on social media KPIs, optimizing efforts to increase reach and engagement.
  • Email Marketing

    • Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns, ensuring high levels of personalization, segmentation, and relevancy.
    • Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, making data-driven adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • SEO & SEM

    • Conduct keyword research and optimize web pages for SEO to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
    • Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads) to attract qualified leads within allocated budgets.
  • Analytics and Reporting

    • Track and report on all digital marketing activities using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
    • Provide insights into campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
    • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to communicate results to stakeholders, identifying key trends and successes.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Experience:

    • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within a B2B or real estate environment.
    • Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Skills and Competencies:

    • Proficient in digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media scheduling tools, and CRM software.
    • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles.
    • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
    • Analytical mindset with a passion for data and metrics-driven marketing.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Fluent in English and at least one other language common in the Benelux region (Dutch or French is highly preferred).
