Job description:
- The CC&S Employee reports to the Customer Service Manager Benelux
- Direct collaboration with 5 colleagues in the office of the Husqvarna Division BeNeLux, a colleague from the service workshop and indirect collaboration with a large group of colleagues from the other divisions and shared services of the Husqvarna Group;
- Main task: supporting the Sales team by means of taking care of deliveries to closed dealer network;
- In addition to order processing, basic tasks are also planning, arranging and following up logistics processes together with carriers and international colleagues in similar functions;
- In addition to the main and basic tasks, the package of tasks can be expanded in the future with additional tasks (based on skills, aptitude and ambition);
- Processing of orders is done in MFGPRO & REX/SAP system (easy to learn);
- Small logistics operations.
**Profile**:
- MBO/HBO work and thinking level;
- Knowledge of MFG PRO, REX or SAP (nice to have);
- 1-2 years of work experience;
- Punctual, precise;
- Multi-tasking;
- Customer-oriented and service-oriented attitude, well-developed communication skills (sympathetic & empathetic), positive and flexible, sense of responsibility and solution-oriented;
- Well-developed computer skills, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Outlook;
- Dutch & French excellent in speech and writing / English excellent in speech and writing (English is the international working language within the company);
- Position is on a full-time basis = 40 hours; 32 - 40 hours is negotiable;
