**Organisatie**:
Onze klant is een grote speler in de logistieke sector. Het verzenden van pakketjes, vrachtbrieven en documenten is voor hen de dagelijkse activiteit. Om hun Customer Care Team te versterken, zijn zij opzoek naar een dynamische en spontane Frontline Agent die steeds de rust en het overzicht weet te bewaren.
**Functie**:
Als je liever de telefoon laat rinkelen om daarna een berichtje te sturen, dan is dit niet de drive die wij zoeken. Onze klant kijkt uit naar een communicatief sterk persoon, zowel online als offline. Mondigheid met een vrolijke toets, dàt is wat we nodig hebben. Als Customer Service Agent bent je verantwoordelijk voor het beantwoorden van inkomende oproepen van klanten. De vragen kunnen gaan over de status van zendingen, tools & services, product-en tariefinformatie, mogelijke hulp bij verloren zendingen of beschadigingen, etc. Je zal zowel individueel de klant de best mogelijke oplossing moeten kunnen bieden als een juist inschatting moeten kunnen maken wanneer je naar een ander team moet terugkoppelen (Support, Legal, Finance, etc.). De urgentie van problemen kunnen inschatten en de specifieke vraag van de klant begrijpen zijn essentieel om deze functie succesvol uit te kunnen oefenen.
**Functie-eisen**:
Je hebt een eerste ervaring als klantendienstmedewerker of je hebt een relevante ervaring binnen de logistieke sector als student, stagiairJe stelt je meteen in de plaats van de klant om zo snel mogelijk tot de beste oplossing te komen. Je toont begrip en empathie om elke klant als een koning te aanschouwen. Communicatie is jouw grootste troef en je doet dit vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Doelgericht & resultaatgericht zijn twee woorden die bij jou op de eerste plaats komen. Je bent zeer klantgericht en hebt aandacht voor het gemak van de klant. Je bent een echte teamplayer en houdt van een frisse groepsgeest.
