For the expansion of our Customer Operations Team in Zaventem, we are looking for a driven administrative, commercial employee with 'drive' to support our sales staff in the back office from order to invoice and to correctly inform our customers about order status and deliveries, with good knowledge of Dutch, French and English. The ABB Electrification division offers a complete and innovative range of technologies in the electrical value chain through which we ensure the safe and reliable flow of energy from industrial plants, dedicated installations for commercial buildings, to switchboards in your home. Our customers are therefore very diverse: the electrical wholesaler, partners and integrators who integrate our products into their products and services, installers, engineering agencies and end customers. As a Customer operations specialist you are co-responsible for the activities within the back office. In this challenging position you are responsible for the administrative-commercial support of our sales teams.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Maintaining telephone contacts with customers
- Ensure a smooth order management: enter orders in SAP and follow them up with the customer
- Cooperate with the sales team, your colleagues at the ABB factories, the purchasing department in Poland and the warehouse to ensure the good execution of the customer's order
- Closely monitor the delivery deadlines and inform the customer about any deviations
- Take care of the invoicing and follow-up outstanding payments
- Correctly register and check the data related to products and customers in the systems
- Participating in the implementation of optimizations to work more efficiently
**Your background**:
- Administrative Professional Bachelor's degree
- Enthusiastic, organized and accurate
- Customer friendly, service-minded and a good team player
- Communicative and having problem solving skills
- Good command of Dutch, French and English in word and writing
- Knowledge and experience with SAP
- Several years of experience in a customer operations department in an international environment is certainly a strong plus
