**Functie**

Samen met je team sta je in voor een performante productieafdeling dankzij preventieve en curatieve onderhoudsprogramma’s. Je bent gedreven in het analyseren van storingen en het vinden van oplossingen. Je werkt mee aan de continue verbetering van jouw afdeling, geeft advies naar investeringen en ondersteunt de implementatie evenals de opleiding. Dit alles gebeurt in nauwe samenwerking met de automatisatie engineer, utilities coördinator en de productiemanager.
- Opstellen, uitvoeren en beheren van een efficiënt onderhoudsprogramma op basis van de technische noden van de afdeling, zowel curatief als preventief, zowel op elektrisch als mechanisch vlak.
- verantwoordelijk voor het magazijn techniek productie + algemeen technisch magazijn
- verantwoordelijk voor de aankoop, beheer en ontvangst van onderdelen en onderdelen in combinatie met door derden uit te voeren werkzaamheden.
- Aansturen, coachen en begeleiden van de techniekers over de verschillende ploegen heen. Daarnaast stuur je ook de externe techniekers aan.
- Naast het inzetten op continuous improvement, leid je de nodige verbeteringsprojecten binnen de onderhoudsafdeling.
- Bevorderen van professionele ontwikkeling van de technische dienst.
- Begeleiding bieden bij implementatie van nieuwe machine of installaties.
- Opstellen van het maintenance-budget voor jouw afdeling en de opvolging ervan.
- Bij dit alles heb je een brede interesse voor en kijk op het operationele gebeuren.
- Hiertoe werk je nauw samen met de productiemanager, de automatisatie engineer en de utilities coördinator.

**Functie-eisen**
- Je genoot een technische opleiding op masterniveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je hebt zowel sterke kennis/ervaring op mechanisch dan wel elektrisch vlak
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een technische omgeving in de industrie
- Daarnaast heb je ook bagage in het aansturen van een team techniekers.
- Je denkt in oplossingen in plaats van problemen en jouw scherp oog voor detail zal je hierbij zeker helpen.
- Naast een zeer goede kennis Nederlands, kan je vlot Engels lezen en schrijven. Daarnaast kan je je ook uit de slag trekken in het Frans.
- Je draagt safety hoog in het vaandel
- Je hebt een sterke operationele interesse.
- Je hebt een hands-on-ingesteldheid en zeker geen 9to5-mentaliteit.
- Je bent dynamische en stressbestendig
- Je bent een communicatieve teamspeler, organisatorische sterk.
