Cegeka blijft groeien Binnen de divisie Digital Business volgen we deze trend en zoeken we daarom een ervaren Functional Analyst. Je werkt mee aan het project voor digitale meters dat marktprocessen voor meters van de legacy on premise applicatie naar een nieuwe applicatie in de Cloud overzet.
- Je maakt deel uit van dit multidisciplinair DevOps team en kan op verschillende vlakken worden ingezet (functioneel analist, tester) om op die manier het doel van de sprint te behalen.
- Je vormt als customer proxy de brug tussen de klant en het team en vertaalt de business requirements naar een technische oplossing, rekening houdend met de MIG6 vereisten.
- Je hebt ervaring met het uitvoeren van analyses, testen en het werken met Agile methodes.
- Samen met de business volg je de backlog op en bereidt refinement sessies voor.
- Je zorgt er vanuit jou rol voor dat de functionaliteiten die je beschrijft correct geïmplementeerd worden.
- Je maakt deel uit van een community waar bijleren, kennisdeling en persoonlijke groei centraal staan.
- Je bereidt de refinement sessies voor toekomstige story’s voor samen met de business stakeholder & architectuur en je begeleidt deze refinement sessie zelf zodat er binnen het voorbereide kader tot een gedetailleerde oplossing wordt gekomen. Het resultaat van de refinement sessie documenteer je achteraf in Confluence.
- Je bedenkt en beschrijft een oplossing binnen het kader van de high level architectuur.
- Je valideert de oplossing met verschillende stakeholders.
- Je houdt rekening met het E2E plaatje en de eventuele impact op bestaande processen.
- Je test de opgeleverde oplossing en waakt zo mee over de kwaliteit van het product.
- Je ondersteunt de collega’s die andere testlevels proberen halen.
- Je werkt 1 keer per week op klantenlocatie in Brussel. De rest van de week kan je van thuis werken, in combinatie met werken op een van onze Cegeka locaties.
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.

**Wat breng jij mee?**:

- Je hebt mínimaal 2 jaar ervaring als functionele analist ervaring in het maken van UML, user story's, use cases.
- Kennis van microservices applicatie architectuur en API management is essentieel.
- Je denkt pragmatisch en oplossingsgericht binnen een afgesproken scope.
- Je analyseert problemen en komt met efficiënte, eenvoudige oplossingen en kan hier een draagvlak voor creëren.
- Je bent diplomatisch en communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders.
- Je draagt bij tot een betere samenwerking door informatie uitwisseling met collega’s.
- Je staat open om multi-inzetbaar te zijn binnen je functie.
- Je kan zelfstandig aan de slag met beperkte informatie.
- Je durft initiatief nemen en kan een netwerk uitbouwen waarin je zelfstandig op zoek kan naar antwoorden voor analysevraagstukken.
- Je hebt kennis van het Agile proces, zeker in functie van je rol als customer proxy.
- Je haalt energie uit het faciliteren van een team en het bouwen van een open cultuur.
- Je hebt analytisch doorzicht om complexe problematieken te bevatten en te structureren.
- Kennisdeling, leergierigheid, gedrevenheid en flexibiliteit behoren tot je DNA.
