**Votre mission**:
Le Technical Project Manager « Cartes et Paiements » - un monde en évolution permanente - couvre aussi bien le monde des cartes de débit/crédit que le monde du paiement digital (X Pay) ou le monde de l’e-commerceIl participera également à différentes études pour identifier des projets innovants.

A chaque projet sont assignés un Technical Project Manager (TPM) et un Business Project Manager (BPM). Le Technical Project Manager rapporte au responsable de l’équipe BTI (Business Technology Interface), en charge de donner le support aux équipes métiers et de coordonner les interactions entre les équipes métiers et les équipes techniques internes et/ou externes.

**Tâches principales et responsabilités**:
La personne travaillera de bout en bout en étroite collaboration avec les différents acteurs et avec un focus particulier sur:

- La participation active à l’écriture de l’expression des besoins afin de s’assurer que celle-ci est adéquate pour les équipes techniques qui seront en charge d’en faire l’estimation de charge et ensuite d’en faire le développement.
- La gestion de l’interaction avec les équipes techniques, aussi bien les équipes internes au groupe Crédit Mutuel que les équipes externes (Worldline, Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact ).
- La coordination de bout en bout du planning des activités techniques et de celles qui en découlent.
- La participation et support à la recette (testing).
- Le support à la production en coordonnant l’investigation, le développement et la mise en place des corrections nécessaires.
- La participation à l’identification de projets innovants.
- Se tenir au courant des mandats émis par les schémas

**Votre profil :Vos compétences**:

- Expert dans le domaine monétique
- Capable de travailler en équipe
- Excellente communication
- Doté(e) d’un esprit d’initiative
- Résistant(e) au stress/pression
- Capable de gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle
- Connaitre la réglementation PSD

**Vos connaissances**:

- Formation financière et intérêt pour les marchés financiers
- Diplôme d’ingénieur civil ou commercial, master en informatique ou équivalent par expérience
- Français/néerlandais avec une bonne connaissance de l’anglais professionnel

**Votre Expérience**:

- Familier avec les flux monétiques transactionnels (cartes de débit, cartes de crédit, paiements mobiles)
- Familier avec les partenaires monétiques classiques : Worldline, Bancontact Payconic, Visa, Mastercard
- Une large expérience de chef de projet
