**The role**:
Eager to join our Consumer team?

As a **loyalty & content marketeer,** you will place a crucial role in fostering deep connections between our brand and our (future) Vikings. You will be responsible for **developing and implementing strategies and creative campaigns** that enhance brand affinity, drive customer loyalty, and create positive brand experiences. You’re a creative thinker with a keen understanding of consumer behavior, market and digital trends, and the ability to turn
insights into actionable plans.

**Your main responsibilities are**:

- **Creating and leading campaign**s with an ‘hoekske af’ that drive brand engagement and resonate with our target audience. You’re in the driver’s seat to make this big on all relevant digital channels, with the support of our digital, design and comms teams.
- Developing **high-quality content that aligns with the brand values of Mobile Vikings,** resonates with our target audience, and drives engagement.
- **Increasing our customer’s lifetime** by taking our loyalty programs to the next level in close collaboration with our product team. You’ll create campaigns and personalized communication flows that will boost our Viking Deals program.
- Working together with the insights team to measure the effectiveness of loyalty programs and engagement strategies, **providing insights** for continuous improvement. We’re lean and mean, so we base our decisions on testing and experiments.
- **Identifying key touchpoints** in the customer journeys to deliver personalized and memorable experiences that build lasting relationships with our Vikings.
- Being the **brand identity keeper** (Visual ID and tone of voice).
- **Make our customers proud Vikings**
