**BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER CERTIFICATION BELGIUM**
To help maintain and grow the efficiency in our organizational processes, we’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily Belgian activities.
This is a very dynamic and challenging position, suitable for someone who likes to take proactive control and can follow up on multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
You will work together with your counterpart in the Netherlands and together with the Operations Manager Benelux (your superior). You will carry out the daily operational management within the Benelux.

**OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE**
- Ensure that all operational activities remain on time and within budget.
- Realize the multi-year strategic plans, various KPIs and the financial budget for each sector and thus the progress of the entire operations.
- Develop a commercial strategy towards products and pricing for the Belgian market.
- Manage the dedicated Business Developers per sector to achieve further growth in the market.
- Maximize our customer service excellence by optimally developing, managing and coordinating the back-office processes and staff
- Monitor resource planning closely in order to achieve the targeted growth.
- Recruit, train and mentor new auditors (white-collar or self-employed).
- Coach all employees, whereby you ensure that they can do their work in optimal conditions, that they can further develop their know-how and expertise and that they enjoy their job. You see to it that they achieve their objectives and evaluate and adjust where necessary.
- Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity
**REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Master profile with at least 10 years' work experience of which 5 years' experience in a managerial role in which you have operationally managed day-to-day operations;
- Experience in monitoring budgets and P&L responsibility;
- You are a result-oriented manager with strong organisational skills and a hands-on mentality;
- You are stress resistant and independent, but also a real team player who wishes to achieve the company objectives together with your fellow MT members;
- You have strong communication skills in Dutch, French and English (spoken and written);
- You are willing to travel throughout the Benelux.
