Pour notre client, un retailer bien connu spécialisé dans le secteur de la mode, parfumerie, décoration, nous recherchons un Store Manager.

A la tête d'un de leurs magasins, vous agissez comme un véritable chef d'entreprise.

Votre objectif principal est d'assurer la réalisation des objectifs commerciaux et de garantir la satisfaction de nos clients.

**Votre défi**
- Garantir l'optimalisation de l'accueil, du conseil et de la fidélisation de la clientèle
- Piloter une équipe performante, que vous encadrez et développez
- Superviser la mise en place des actions commerciales en adéquation avec la politique de l'entreprise et ceci afin de développer le chiffre d'affaires du magasin
- Planifier et suivre les objectifs budgétaires de vos responsables de départements
- Entretenir des relations constructives avec nos partenaires sociaux
- Superviser les inventaires, la sécurisation de la marchandise, la surveillance des rapports administratifs
- Garantir la sécurité et le bien-être de tous
- Garantir le respect des règles en matière législative et de règlement interne

**Votre profil**
- Titulaire d'un Bachelor et/ou Master, une première expérience dans une fonction similaire dans la grande distribution, le retail ou le têxtile
- Niveau correct en anglais
- Sens des priorités, prise d’initiatives et capacité d’adaptation
- Méthode et rigueur dans l’analyse et la gestion
- Capacité à fédérer, motiver et dynamiser ses équipes
