**Plusieurs postes sont à pourvoir à travers la Wallonie en contrat CDD ou Freelance.**Votre défi **:

- VOUS êtes le futur responsable d’un magasin - Concrètement, le rôle de Store Manager comprend les éléments suivants:
- Vous êtes responsable du **résultat d’exploitation du magasin** (élaboration des budgets, prévisions et suivi des résultats financiers);
- Vous êtes** en charge d’une équipe** de 40 à 90 collaborateurs;
- La **stratégie commerciale** **et opérationnelle** du point de vente (assortiments, merchandising, promotions, etc) est entre vos mains;
- Vous êtes sans cesse orienté vers **l’amélioration continue des services** afin d’obtenir toujours la satisfaction des clients;
- Vous mettez en place des actions afin d’**optimiser le chiffre d’affaires** du magasin.**Vos talents**:
