**2.** What should you expect?**:
You support, inspire and encourage personal development of employees in their professional context. Together with the client, you create the context in which talent can develop optimally. Every client, every process and every person is unique: we focus on the individuality and specificity of each person in order to unlock potential and talent.
By actively listening to the customer, you uncover the underlying needs behind the customer demand. Based on your expertise and frame of reference from both education and experience, you develop and implement well-founded initiatives that contribute to a sustainable individual and collective talent policy.
In co-creation with the client you design and facilitate
- programs that map individual talent. Think of **Assessment Centers, Development Centers, Talent Scans, 360°,** always starting from an appreciative approach and supported by the necessary **psychometric tools and methodologies **as a basis.
- **Result and talent-oriented** coaching programs tailored to the individual, the team and the organization. In our pursuit of sustainable collective development, we place openness, leadership and ownership at the center. This translates among other things into giving transparent constructive feedback and stimulating “**grownership**“.
- **Interactive trainings and workshops, **framing and customized **leadership programs** that enable organizations to put their talent policy into practice in a sustainable way.
As Senior Consultant you advise clients in the above-mentioned domains, you yourself are responsible for the implementation or instruct your colleagues, whereby you always guarantee quality through systematic follow-up and adjustment from a mentor role. You report purposefully on further development, both on an individual level and organizationally you identify/suggest opportunities that further contribute to the growth evolution of people and organization.
**3.** Who are you?**:
In addition to your expressed interest in growing, we are currently looking for a colleague who will
- Fluent communicator in **Dutch and English** both spoken and written, if you can add French to that we will be over the moon.
- Can look back on **extensive experience in Talent Management**, more specifically in the design and implementation of individual and collective programs as described above.
- Familiarity with the interpretation of **psychometric tools and simulation exercises**, experience in development in these, as well as training & coaching are strong assets.
- **Project management **is well mastered, whether it is from your previous experience or you have it written all over you doesn’t matter as much, as long as you have the organizational skills and the execution of it together with clients gives you the energy you need.
