Job Description:
Voor onze plant in Gent zijn we op zoek naar een Technical Team Leader, die in een 2-ploegenstelsel aan de slag gaat.

Deze rol is een ondersteunende functie, in nauwe samenwerking met de Maintenance Manager en de productieafdeling.

Het takenpakket van een Technical Team Leader
- Het rechtstreeks aansturen van een team van techniekers. Het team ook technische ondersteuning geven en actief meewerken bij de uitvoerende taken (hands on).
- Het organiseren en uitvoeren van interventies bij breakdowns en “minor stops”.
- Het organiseren van het preventief onderhoud en het organiseren van de personeelsbezetting in samenspraak met de Maintenance Manager.
- Daarnaast sta je in voor het opvolgen van machinemeldingsrapporten en terugkoppeling van bevindingen/acties naar alle betrokkenen.
- Binnen het takenpakket zit ook voldoende uitdaging door het uitwerken van verbeterprojecten op het vlak van veiligheid, energie, efficiëntie en kwaliteit, gaande van idee tot effectieve implementatie.
- Dit allemaal rekening houdend met onze Zero Harm filosofie.

Met wie zal je werken?
Je maakt deel uit van een team dat bestaat uit 15-tal personen, nl. een Maintenance Manager, een technisch magazijnier en collega techniekers. In de volledige site van Gent zijn in totaal 120 collega’s aan de slag.

Nodige competenties?
- Je beschikt over een bachelorsdiploma in een relevante technische richting (elektromechanica, bedrijfsautomatisatie of elektronica) of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring en je hebt reeds werkervaring in een onderhoudsafdeling binnen een productieomgeving.
- Je hebt kennis van mechanica (algemene principes), hydraulica (toepassingen), industriële automatisatie en sturingen (PLC, frequentieregelingen, motoren).
- Zero Harm is prioriteit 1, waardoor je zelf ook veel belang hecht aan het nauwkeurig volgen van de veiligheids
- en kwaliteitsinstructies.
- Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid, bent zelfstandig en pragmatisch ingesteld.
- Je wil werken in een twee ploegensysteem (5u-13u, 13u-21u).
- Je bent een communicatieve teamspeler, die openheid en eerlijkheid tussen collega’s heel belangrijk vindt.
- In het coachen en motiveren van medewerkers vind je de nodige voldoening. Je begeleidt hen samen met de Maintenance Manager in het behalen van de afdelings
- en individuele doelstellingen.
- Eventuele problemen benader je op een logische en analytische manier, met als doel een correcte oplossing te vinden.
- Qua talen beheers je Nederlands en Engels
- Je draagt je steentje bij aan het overleg plegen en informatie uitwisselen met o.a. de Maintenance Manager, de collega’s van de maintenance afdeling, de productieverantwoordelijken, de team leaders van productie,...
