We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste team leader om ons operationeel team in Gent te versterken.
Het takenpakket van een team leader
De team leader stuurt een team van productie operatoren aan om de vooraf bepaalde team
- en individuele doelstellingen te behalen.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren en coachen van je team. Dat houdt in dat je het aanspreekpunt bent voor je bestaande medewerkers, maar ook het onthaal verzorgt van nieuwe medewerkers, de opvolging en evaluatie voorziet van tijdelijke en vaste medewerkers en afwezigheden binnen je team bespreekt en opvolgt. Je geeft constructieve feedback aan het team, hebt aandacht voor de individuele opleidingsnoden en hecht belang aan het veiligheidsbewustzijn binnen je team.
Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct uitvoeren van de productieplanning. Je pakt operationele problemen zelfstandig aan en neemt de nodige beslissingen. Samen met de operatoren maak je operationele verbetervoorstellen op, die je met de plant manager bespreekt. Je coördineert de nodige kwaliteitscontroles om een goede kwaliteit te kunnen garanderen en zorgt er ook voor dat de ISO-procedures toegepast worden binnen je team. Bovendien werk je nauw samen met de onderhoudsafdeling om technische verbeteringen uit te laten voeren en om de preventieve onderhoudstaken in te plannen en uit te voeren.
Met wie zal je werken?
Je vervolledigt het bestaande team van 4 team leaders productie, die elk verantwoordelijk zijn voor een afdeling. Samen met de collega team leaders, de logistiek verantwoordelijke, de SQE, de maintenance manager en de plant manager pleeg je regelmatig overleg. In de volledige site van Gent zijn in totaal een 120 collega’s aan de slag.
Nodige competenties?
- Je beschikt over een technisch diploma en hebt een aantal jaren relevante technische ervaring in een productie-omgeving, bij voorkeur in een gelijkaardige functie.
- Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid, bent zelfstandig en pragmatisch ingesteld.
- Eventuele problemen benader je op een logische en analytische manier, met als doel een correcte oplossing te vinden.
- In het coachen en motiveren van medewerkers vind je de nodige voldoening. Je begeleidt hen in het behalen van de team
- en individuele doelstellingen.
- Je bent een communicatieve teamspeler, die openheid en eerlijkheid tussen collega’s heel belangrijk vindt.
- Je verzorgt de nodige rapporteringen en beschikt over goede software skills, nieuwe softwaresystemen kan je vlot aanleren.
