**Jouw taken zullen bestaan uit**:
- Het creëren van boeiende, inspirerende en informatieve content voor alle kanalen.
- Het beheren van social media accounts en het creëren van social media campagnes.
- Samenwerken met het marketingteam om marketingstrategieën te ontwikkelen en uit te voeren, waaronder SEO- en SEA-campagnes.
- Het analyseren van en rapporteren over de prestaties van marketingcampagnes. Gebruikmaken van tools zoals Google analytics, Google ads, Meta ads,...
- Het optimaliseren van websites en digitale campagnes op basis van bevindingen, met een focus op interactiviteit en gebruiksvriendelijkheid
- Het uitvoeren van enkele administratieve taken. Je hebt vaak telefonisch contact met collega's en klanten. Je zult zorgen voor de administratieve verwerking van bestellingen, behandelt klachten en het uitvoeren van simpele boekhouding.
De ideale kandidaat heeft ervaring als content writer en social media manager, met een sterk begrip van digitale marketingstrategieën. Je moet zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken en beschikken over uitstekende communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
**Wat maakt jou de ideale kandidaat?**
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands maar je communiceert ook vloeiend in het Frans en/of Engels. Duits is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een relevant masterdiploma of minstens een bachelordiploma.
- Je hebt uitstekende MS Word, Excel en PowerPoint vaardigheden. Ervaring met programmeertalen zoals HTML, CSS en Javascript en/of grafische tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite: Flash, Illustrator, Photoshop,...) is een pluspunt.
- Je bent van nature zowel commercieel als klantgericht en resultaatgericht.
- Je houdt van innovatie en bent een creatieve denker.
- Je bent analytisch en oplossingsgericht.
- Je reageert snel en neemt gemakkelijk beslissingen, rekening houdend met de relevante factoren. Je flexibiliteit stelt je ook in staat om in te spelen op marktsituaties en snel de juiste marketingactiviteiten te initiëren.
- Je werkt autonoom en organiseert je taken zelfstandig, maar je neemt ook graag opdrachten van anderen aan.
- Je bent een geboren organisator en werkt planmatig en gestructureerd.
- Je gaat om met vertrouwelijke informatie en bent daarom uiterst discreet.
- Je legt gemakkelijk contacten, bent sociaal en kan goed met mensen omgaan.
