LIZY is a well funded (€15M+) scale-up with off-the-charts revenue growth (>10x over the last 2 years) and an amazing team of 50+ A-players.
**The Position**:
LIZY is looking for a COO to join our team.
- We believe in meritocracy. Your scope can strongly expand over time based on your performance. It’s entirely up to you to define and shape your path at LIZY going forward.
- Your number one priority is ensuring that every SME at LIZY has a fantastic customer experience. You will have to be obsessed with reaching that goal.
- You’ll manage, lead and inspire our Customer Success and Operations teams to deliver excellence in everything they do.
- You’ll personally manage the happiness of the first 100 SME customers in new markets (France, Netherlands,) and afterwards build scalable operational frameworks for international expansion.
- You’ll increase upsell by +20% within 12 months in close collaboration with Sales.
- You'll get the entrepreneurial challenge of a lifetime while being able to start with a proven business model and guaranteed funding.
- You’ll be part of our management team and will be responsible for co-defining the strategy of LIZY.
**️About you**:
- **Experience**:You have 5+ years of experience as a top performer for a leading digital company (scale-up). Previous experience of 3+ years in top-tier consulting, PE or banking is a plus.
- **Customer love**: you genuinely love and care about customers. This is the most important prerequisite for this role.
- **Entrepreneurial**:You love building companies, solving complex problems and thrive in a fast-growing environment.
- **Team leadership**:You thrive in developing talented team members from different backgrounds and helping them continuously improve and meet ambitious goals.
- **Work ethic**:you have a strong professional pride in your work and ensure you always deliver, no matter what.
- **Strategic, structured and rigorous**: You have the ability to develop a clear strategy and priorities and ensure high-quality execution to meet P&L objectives.
- A genuine interest in cars is a plus.
- Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch are a big plus.
