**The project involves designing, developing and qualifying a new product. The scope of the project includes the mechanics, electronics and embedded software. The project will be managed using Agile/Scrum methodologies.**
Your primary responsibility as a Technical Project Manager/Product Owner is to ensure the successful and timely completion of project developement using Agile/Scrum principles. The following objectives outline the key areas you will focus on:
- Agile Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the development team, promoting Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Product Vision: Clearly articulate the product vision and objectives to the team and stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the project.
- Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it is well-groomed, refined, and ready for the upcoming sprints.
- Agile Planning: Plan and prioritize project activities, features, and deliverables with the development team and stakeholders using Agile/Scrum techniques. Conduct sprint planning meetings, collaborating with the team to define the sprint goal, select user stories, and estimate effort required for each task.
