Audi Brussels is een productiesite gelegen in het midden van Europa en maakt deel van de Audi Groep. In 2010 werd de productie van de A1 opgestart. Sinds 2018 is Audi Brussels de allereerste Audi-locatie waar een volledig elektrische wagen geproduceerd wordt, de Audi e-tron, maar ook zijn hoogvoltbatterij.

Het IT-services team bestaat uit een multiculturele mix van interne en externe medewerkers die zowel essentieel zijn om de productie te waarborgen als om de efficiëntie van het dagelijkse werk te verbeteren. Als Project leader ben je verantwoordelijk voor een aantal diensten uit ons diensten portfolio. Samen met onze klanten, IT Business partners, collega’s en in samenspraak met de collega’s in Duitsland zoek je naar oplossingen en continue verbetering van onze dienstverlening.

**Functie**:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een aantal dienstverleningen en toepassingen met als zwaartepunt virtualisatie van server en desktop systemen (VMWare) en (edge)-cloud omgevingen (Azure, AWS).
- Je analyseert de technische en organisatorische noden in jouw domein en organiseert hiervoor de nodige maatregelen.
- Je helpt en adviseert de collega’s bij het zoeken naar IT veilige oplossingen binnen jouw domein.
- Je zoekt actief naar verbeteringsmogelijkheden om de IT-dienstverlening te ontwikkelen en te organiseren.
- Je gebruikt projectmanagementmethoden zoals Agile, Prince 2 etc. om jouw projecten te succesvol af te ronden.

**Profiel**:

- Je bent in het bezit van een masterdiploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) in een IT-gerelateerd domein.
- Je hebt ervaring met IT-infrastructuur (servers, database, netwerken) en IT-beheer (ITIL, Change Request, Incident management).
- Je beschikt over goede communicatievaardigheden en werkt graag in teamverband.
- Daarnaast werkt je graag proactief en zelfstandig.
- Je hebt graag overzicht over complexe samenhangen en stelt op gestructureerde manier oplossingen voor problemen voor.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Engels en beheerst het Nederlands en/of Frans. Kennis van Duits is een pluspunt.
