**Inchcape** is an independent, multi-brand car distributor, operating in countries on five continents.
We are present in 40 countries and act as an important strategic partner for the world's leading premium and luxury brands, for whom we provide an effective and customer-oriented route to market.
**In Belgium and Luxembourg, we are the official distributor of Toyota and Lexus. **Last year we've launched our new fully electric brand **BYD**. And last but not least we've also launched **BravoAuto**, our new used car center in Machelen. Our Belgian head office is located in **Zaventem**.
We are currently looking for a **Business Process Analyst.**
The aim of the Business Process Analyst is** to support the Business Process Manager** in:
- You analyze and model the company's E2E processes, in collaboration with the operational teams and management
- You support the different teams, you help them formulate needs and expectations in the form of KPIs
- You coordinate the implementation and monitoring of KPIs
- You identify opportunities for efficiency gains and follow their E2E implementation in collaboration with internal or external partners of the company
- You actively participate in the organization and facilitation of workshops and user training
- You ensure proactive communication and regular updates with management and various stakeholders
- You ensure that the processes are documented and translated into manuals and training for end users
- You act as a business partner and advise the operational teams
- You actively participate in monitoring the implementation of the digital roadmap and liaise with the various project stakeholders.
- Other tasks: provide Sales and Aftersales BI Reports
Your profile:
- You have obtained a Bachelor degree.
- You have good analytical skills.
- A former experience in Automotive is an asset.
- You are fluent in French, Dutch and English.
- You are accurate, solution-oriented and proactive.
- You are flexible and a real team player.
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
