Come and join our Logistics & Supply Chain team because we are looking for an experienced** Process Excellence Analyst **on a permanent basis
You will be responsible for providing support to management by conducting studies on current processes and systems and recommending changes for process improvement and optimization.
In addition:
- You will also be analyzing selected business processes to identify problem areas and make them leaner.
- Preparing for and leading workout sessions to help the EMEA Warehouses team to increase responsiveness to customer needs.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of the EMEA Warehouse Business Process best practice, vision of data analytics, strategy, policies, and procedures.
**Essential Experience & Skills Required**:
- Proven supply chain professional with an understanding of warehousing.
- Proven knowledge of process mapping & gap analysis; lean certificate is an asset.
- Knowledge of business workflows (VSM, M&I,)
- Able to identify and develop processes gap & translate them into strategies for the Warehouse Leads to implement them.
- Experience of root causes analysis & problem solving
- Proven data analysis skills with the ability to develop, investigate and analyse data
- Excellent attention to detail
**Preferred Experience & Skills**:
- Knowledge of Oracle is a strong advantage.
- A desire to motivate and drive change within the organisation. Experience with change management is a plus.
