Voor een grote internationale speler binnen de logistiek, zoeken we vandaag een
**Assistant Global Account Coördinator**. Ben jij het organisatorisch talent dat we zoeken? Aarzel niet te solliciteren.

**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn**:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de **onderhandeling en afsluiting van lange termijncontracten**.
- Je biedt interessante prijzen en voorwaarden aan voor zowel klanten als onze organisatie en staat in voor **tendernegotiaties**.
- zorgt voor een een** optimale klantenservice** aan zowel externe als interne klanten.
- Je **coördineert** samen met de verkoop-, operatie
- en accountteams, de **operationele procedures** van de klant.
- Je **coördineert** de **klantenservice** van alle kantoren en afdelingen die betrokken zijn bij toegewezen accounts.
- Je onderhoudt **sharepoints**, **documentatie** en **KPI-rapportages**.
- Je **lost** **problemen** **op** en **adviseert** oplossingen om soortgelijke gebeurtenissen te voorkomen.

**De vereiste kwalificaties zijn**:

- Je hebt een **bachelordiploma** (richting logistiek) **of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.**:

- Je hebt **2-3 jaar ervaring** in een gelijkaardige functie. Kennis van **Freight** **Management **is een plus.
- Je spreekt vlot **Nederlands en Engels.**:

- Je hebt een goede kennis van **MS** **Office**, vooral Excel.
