Vous vous retrouverez dans le Flagship Store à Bruxelles et ferez partie d’une équipe dynamique et professionnelle.

**Votre nouveau rôle**

En tant que Sales Advisor Luxury Fashion, vous contribuez à une expérience client unique et vous êtes responsable de:

- Accueil des clients
- Établir des relations à long terme avec les clients
- Analyser les besoins des clients, rechercher le bon produit et fournir la démonstration/explicitation d’un produit
- Guider et conseiller les consommateurs dans le test des articles
- Fournir les bonnes informations sur les produits basées sur le storytelling : vous racontez l’histoire derrière chaque produit avec passion et êtes au courant des matériaux du produit
- Poursuivre et atteindre les tarifs de vente et les KPI
- Enrichir le système CRM avec des informations clients
- Traitement des plaintes en collaboration avec l’équipe des plaintes des clients

**De quoi avez-vous besoin pour réussir en tant que Sales Advisor Luxury Fashion ?**
- Première expérience dans la vente de produits de luxe (Conseiller commercial, Associé aux ventes, Conseiller clientèle)
- Vous aimez le contact social
- Vous parlez couramment le français, l’anglais et le néerlandais sont un plus
- Le travail du samedi n’est pas un problème pour vous
