Notre client est une maison de renommée dans le milieu de l’horlogerie et la vente de bijoux.** La Maison De Greef** est une boutique située au centre de Bruxelles qui, depuis six générations, propose à ses clients des montres de luxe et des bijoux exclusifs.

**Luxury Sales Advisor NL & FR** **(H/F/X)**Votre défi **:

- Vente de montres de luxe et un service de haute qualité- En tant que Sales Advisor, vous êtes responsable d’une multitude de tâches:
- Gestion de la vente de A à Z des produits du magasin
- Guider le client dans ses achats, conseiller et trouver les solutions (compétence dans la vente est nécessaire)
- Maitrise parfaite des produits présents en boutique
- Gestion des mails clients
- Gestion des tâches administratives
- Contacts téléphoniques clients
- Suivre la commande du client de A à Z
- Coopérer avec le SAV (service après-vente) afin de mieux servir le client
- Gestion de la facturation, crédit, retours
- Prospection de nouveaux clients**Vos talents**:

- Autonomie, flexibilité et dynamisme- Votre profil:
- Vous parlez **parfaitement** **néerlandais** et **français**, l’anglais est un atout.
- Un écrit correct est indispensable pour les 2 langues.
- Vous avez déjà une expérience et **une passion pour la bijouterie **ou** joaillerie**:

- Vous avez une affinité avec le secteur de luxe
- Vous avez un sens du service client
- Vous êtes rigoureux et organisé
- Vous êtes résistant au stress et savez gérez les priorités
- Vous êtes dynamique et désireux de vous investir dans l’entreprise
- Vous avez une apparence soignée
- Vous exprimez parfaitement à l’oral
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe
- Connaissances en horlogerie et bijouterie est un plus**Notre offre**:
