Bij AXA Belgium staat het departement IT P&C in voor het dagelijkse beheer, de veiligheid en de technische en functionele evolutie van de BOAR-verzekeringstoepassingen (brand, auto, allerlei risico's) voor onze klanten, makelaars, partners of werknemers.

Als **projectmanager** speel je een cruciale rol bij het beheer en de coördinatie van verschillende projecten waarbij verschillende IT-teams betrokken zijn.

Je belangrijkste taken zijn:

- Je structureert en organiseert actief projecten die verband houden met de IT-toepassingen van de organisatie.
- Je kadert het project met de belangrijkste betrokken partijen, je identificeert de nodige oplossingen, werkt een implementatieplan uit en zorgt voor de nodige middelen/budgetten; hierbij behoud je steeds een 'high level' overzicht.
- Je coördineert, organiseert en volgt de verschillende activiteiten in het kader van het project naargelang van de prioriteiten en competenties van iedereen evenals de behoeften van de klant.
- Je adviseert en ondersteunt de medewerkers van het project om te zorgen voor een goed presterend projectteam.
- Je beheert verschillende IT-projecten tegelijkertijd (small en medium).
- Je behoudt een totaaloverzicht van het project, brengt verslag uit en deelt de voortgang mee aan de verschillende betrokken partijen.
- Je bereidt op regelmatige basis verslagen voor over de voortgang van het project, de problemen waarop jullie gestoten zijn, de beslissingen die zijn genomen en de acties die moeten worden ondernomen.

Jouw profiel:

- Je hebt tussen 5 en 10 jaar ervaring met het beheer van IT-projecten
- Je hebt ervaring in de wereld van de verzekeringen
- Je bent communicatief aangelegd
- Je hebt een analytische geest en weet hoe je je prioriteiten moet beheren
- Je bent team
- en resultaatgericht
- Kennis over methodes voor projectbeheer (agile...) is een troef
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en/of het Frans en het Engels, met een goed begrip van de tweede landstaal
