For our growing production site located in Brussels (Neder-Over-Heembeek) specializing in sterile technologies, we are currently looking for** a Supply Chain Officer **Intern (3 m**onths minimum) for our Customer Service team.**
**The role**
- Primary Portfolio: Operational management
- Purchase order management: Purchase order entry, ERP update, Sales order tracker/delivery schedule update
- Reporting preparation (OnTimeDelivery, Backlog, etc )
- Delivery Schedule tracker update + shipment coordination (between our warehouse and customers)
- Support for NPI invoicing
- Internal flow improvement: customer communication, double-check PO, PO acknowledgment user guides, etc
- Supply Chain studies/background or (administrative)
- Team spirit, customer-driven, good communicator, Out of the box thinker
- Languages: Good level of French & English
- IT Expertise: ERP, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel: Intermediate), Outlook
