Employer Branding & recruitment internship
Your key tasks & responsibilities:
We will together compose your package of tasks, fully adapted to your interests. Below you can find some examples:
- You will identify best practices in employer branding & recruitment activities for graduates to become a top-of-mind employer
- You will analyze the student market and detect new trends for Gen Z’ers
- You will contribute to Capgemini’s employer branding strategy by creating content for our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- You will provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
Your profile:
- You are enthusiastic, motivated and a real team player with a passion for people.
- You are studying a Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR, Personeelswerk, Handelswetenschappen (HRM), TEW (Personeels
- en organisatiemanagement), Communicatie Management, Communicatiewetenchappen, Psychologie (arbeids
- en organisatiepsychologie)
- You are fluent in Dutch or French and English
