**Your tasks are broad and varied.**
You work daily with the sous chef and your team in preparing dishes according to the daily menu/recipe and you make the necessary preparations.

You monitor/check/adjust the dishes before they are served to our guests.

You prepare dishes for special events.

You keep track of stock and take action in case of deviations.

You are responsible for the food safety of the guests and the hygiene and safety in the kitchen.

You participate in quality audits and you provide input for improvement plans.

Together with the team, you ensure that the working environment and the equipment are clean.

You participate in the daily work meeting.

**Profil**:
You have relevant experience within the hospitality industry or catering, after finishing an education in hospitality or through equivalent experience.

Following safety and hygiene guidelines is a daily occurrence for you.

Ideally, you have knowledge about allergens.

You are stress resistant.

You like to work alone and also enjoy working with a team.

You like to have contact with guests in the recreation area.
