**Your new role**
As a customer care advisor, you are the bridge between the customer and the company. You are responsible for ensuring cash flow by following up on outstanding invoices from customers in various countries, primarily Italy and France. In collaboration with the finance team, you will tackle various challenges and come up with suitable solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also give a monthly presentation on the progress of incoming cash flow and any issues that have arisen with customers. If there are errors in the accounts, you will work solution-oriented to resolve the situation.
**Your profile**
- You can think about problem-solving and are proactive in your approach.
- You are very customer-friendly and can provide perfect service with your friendliness and professionalism.
- You have no problems working with deadlines and KPIs.
- You manage to organize your work independently but can also work in a team to support each other.
- You speak fluent French, Italian, and English.
**The working conditions**
You can count on a good salary based on experience and extra-legal benefits such as meal vouchers, paid transport costs, the possibility to work 50% from home (2-3 days a week)You work in a very international environment where everyone treats each other with respect, and diversity contributes to interesting dialogues and an open-minded work culture. Initially, this position is for a period of 6 months, but after evaluation and the company’s needs, there is a high chance of extension.
