Als een toonaangevend groene energieorganisatie in Hasselt, is onze partner op zoek naar een enthousiaste **Junior** **Accountant** om hun team te versterken. Als Junior Accountant maak je deel uit van een dynamisch team dat bijdraagt aan onze missie om de wereld groener te maken.
**Functieomschrijving**
Als Junior Accountant heb je een cruciale rol in het beheren en onderhouden van de financiële administratie. Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor een breed scala aan boekhoudkundige taken, waarbij je jouw ervaring en vaardigheden inzet om de financiële stabiliteit van hetbedrijf te waarborgen. Jouw taken omvatten:
- Het verzorgen van de boekhouding voor jouw toegewezen **boekhouddossiers van A tot Y**, afhankelijk van jouw ervaringsniveau
- Actieve deelname aan de **maand
- en jaarafsluiting**:
- **Rapporteren** aan jouw accounting teamlead en actief deelnemen aan **teamvergaderingen** om de financiële strategieën van het bedrijf te bespreken en bij te dragen aan de groei van het bedrijf
- Voorbereiding van de **revisorencontrole **voor jouw dossiers
**Kwalificaties van de Junior Accountant**:
- Een **diploma** in **boekhouding**, of een gerelateerd vakgebied en bij voorkeur **1-2 jaar relevante ervaring in boekhouding**:
- Kennis van **boekhoudsoftware** en **MS Excel**:
- Jouw **kritische** blik maakt dat je voortdurend zoekt naar oplossingen en verbeteringen
- Bereidheid om bij te dragen aan een **groene missie**
**Aanbod voor de Junior Accountant**:
- Een aantrekkelijke salaris die varieer tussen **€ 37 000 en € 45 000 **aangevuld met een tal van **extralegale voordelen** zoals maaltijdcheques, groeps
- en hospitalisatieverzekering, ecocheques,
- Je maandelijkse nettoloon wordt ook aangevuld met een **onkostenvergoeding van € 120**:
- Boven je **20 wettelijke vakantiedagen** heb je ook **12 ADV-dagen**:
- Een **vast contract** van onbepaalde duur die jou werkzekerheid biedt
- Je hebt de mogelijkheid om op termijn **door te groeien**. **Carrièrekansen**genoeg hier
- Om je agenda makkelijk in te plannen werk je in dit bedrijf volgens **glijdende werktijden**:
- Ook word je voorzien van een **laptop** en **mobiel** (met **abonnement**)
