Jouw rol
- Je staat in voor de meest uiteenlopende dienstverlening tijdens de beurzen en evenementen.
- Je zorgt voor het dagelijks operationele en efficiënte beheer van de infrastructuur.
- Je assisteert in het onderhoud en de schoonmaak van de gebouwen en voert kleine herstellingswerken uit.
- Je werkt hiervoor in een team van een 5-tal personen o.l.v. het Facility Management.

**Jouw profiel**:

- Je bent klantvriendelijk, verantwoordelijk, flexibel en hands-on. Je kan zelfstandig én tegelijk ook in teamverband werken. Je hebt zin voor orde en netheid.- Je woont in Kortrijk of in de omgeving en je bezit een rijbewijs B.
- Je bent flexibel qua werkuren in functie van de drukte van de beurzen.
- Je beheerst een vlotte omgangstaal.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur:
- een diploma hoger onderwijs of ervaring met elektromechanische systemen, HVAC-systemen, techniek
- basiskennis van elektriciteit en sanitair
- affiniteit met ICT en software applicaties- Enige mondelinge kennis van Frans en Engels zijn mooie extra troeven.
