**Over de organisatie**

Onze klant, gesitueerd in **Machelen**, is een gekende speler in de transportsector. Het bedrijf telt ongeveer **400 medewerkers **en hoort bij een groep die 120 000 mensen tewerkstelt. De bedrijfscommunicatie heeft zeer korte lijnen en is open en transparant. Je komt terecht in een team van 6 HR-collega’s. De cultuur die dit bedrijf typeert, is een positieve ingesteldheid en een grote werklust. Bij onze klant werken mensen die verschillende achtergronden en interesses hebben. Het zorgt voor een leuke mix aan collega’s met de nodige kritische kijk.

**Jouw nieuwe functie**

Je zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor het dagelijks verwerken en opvolgen van trainingen. Je zal interne en externe trainingen plannen en organiseren. Je zal de administratieve verwerking van alle afgelopen trainingen in de database noteren, de maandelijks evaluatie maken en de facturatie controleren. Tenslotte maak je afspraken met leveranciers om hun kwaliteit te garanderen of om op zoek te gaan naar nieuwe trainingsvormen. Je stelt de jaarlijkse sociale balans op, maakt de analyse van de trainingsuren, brengt de subsidiedossiers in orde en je werkt samen met het HR-team in het kader van Talent Development.

**Jouw profiel**

Je bent een administratieve duizendpoot, die graag alles netjes op orde heeft, je bent accuraat en je kan werken met strakke deadlines. Je bent een goede planner, organisator en bent assertief. Ook heb je geduld en diplomatie bij onvoorziene omstandigheden. Je bent drietalig (NL/FR/ENG) en hebt een flexibele opstelling over de werkuren. Soms moet je vroeg starten of laat werken door trainingen.

**De arbeidsvoorwaarden**

Dit is een job waar je terecht komt in een
**hecht HR-team**, waar ieder zijn specialiteit heeft. We bieden je een contract van onbepaalde duur, een marktconform salaris aangevuld met groepsverzekering, hospitalisatieverzekering, maaltijdcheques en een cafetariaplan met o.a. een optie tot fietsleasing, ongeveer 40verlofdagen per jaar en een goede werk leven balans. Dit is een mogelijkheid tot thuiswerk (2 dagen/week) na de inwerkperiode.
