**ONCTION**:
En tant que Coordinateur Expérience Advisor, vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans la création d'une expérience client positive et l'optimisation de l'accessibilité de notre concession. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de vente et vous êtes rattaché(e) au Sales Manager.

Nous offrons un environnement de travail dynamique où vous pouvez mettre en valeur et développer vos compétences en communication, quel que soit votre niveau d'expérience.

Tâches et responsabilités:

- Accueillir les clients dans le showroom et filtrer leurs besoins
- Guider les clients à travers les showrooms pour offrir une excellente expérience
- Gérer les appels entrants
- Planifier les rendez-vous dans les agendas des vendeurs
- Assister les clients lorsque les vendeurs sont occupés
- Soutenir les vendeurs et le sales manager dans les tâches administratives

**PROFIL**:
Nos Customer Expérience Advisor constituent le premier contact avec nos clients dans la concession.
- Personne dynamique et proactive avec de l'expérience dans l'hôtellerie
- Affinité avec les systèmes informatiques et les médias sociaux
- Trilingue FR/NL/ENG
- La flexibilité dans ce poste est essentielle : travailler le samedi ne pose aucun problème pour vous
